WHO ARE WE
Pathway HR Solutions is a human resources consulting firm that provides both long-term and short-term consulting for small and medium businesses.
Our founder has over 20 years of experience in compliance and human resources management, is a Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) Certified Research Provider, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management.

If you are in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, we can come to you to conduct training or perform HR services. You can also send your team to our local training facilities.
