We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, but are available to assist small businesses throughout all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Whether you need our services for a one-time project, or ongoing consulting services, you can consider us a member of your team without the expense of paying for a full-time human resources employee.  If you already have an HR team at your company and simply need extra hands, we can fall right into place to provide supplemental services.

Localized Expertise

If you are in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, we can come to you to conduct training or perform HR services.  You can also send your team to our local training facilities.  Research shows that employees are more engaged during off-site training than they are when training is held in their own office.
